Terms & Conditions
RESERVATION AND
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $300 per person is required to reserve your space on the
tour. Final payment in full is due 70 days prior to departure. Make checks
payable to: "Nash Travel Tours", or provide complete details of your Mastercard
and Visa.
CANCELLATIONS
AND REFUNDS ON LAND PROGRAM:
Full refund less $200 per person administrative fee if cancellation notice
in writing is received in our office 70 days before departure. Between
69 and 30 days before departure, a cancellation fee of $750 will apply
plus any cancellation charges made by hotels and other ground contractors.
If you cancel less than 30 days before departure, the tour is non-refundable
less recoverable expenses of hotels, ground contractors, etc. If any trip
is withdrawn by the tour operator prior to departure our liability is
limited to refund of monies received for the land program.
AIRLINE TICKETS:
Nash Travel Tours can coordinate airline ticketing from your gateway city,
and date deviations are permitted. Airline tickets purchased in conjunction
with this program may be nonrefundable at the time of purchase. Refunds
and penalties are subject to the rules of carriers.
INSURANCE:
Trip cancellation insurance is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction
with cancellation due to illness or accident. Baggage insurance is also
recommended.
ITINERARY:
The tour operator reserves the right to alter itineraries and substitute
hotels for similar type accommodations.
IMPORTANT NOTE
ON PRICES:
All prices and conditions of travel are based on currency, fuel and VAT
rates in effect on October 1, 2000. All are subject to change without
notice due to currency exchange fluctuations, fuel or VAT increases. Nash Travel Tours reserves the right to adjust final tour pricing, not to exceed 10%,
if warranted by a significant change in market conditions and you have
the right to decline this adjustment within 10 days of notification.
